How Can I Invite Team Members to the Team Account?

Enterprise users with Owner permissions can invite additional users to their Enterprise team. This guide will help you by inviting users, assigning access levels, and managing Polycam Enterprise licenses.

How to Invite New Users

1. Navigate to the People Tab: Go to your Team space and open the People tab to manage your Team members and their access levels.

2. Invite New Members: Tap the Invite More button located in the Team page header.

3. Bulk Invite Users: Enter the email addresses of the users you would like to invite.

3. Accept Enterprise Invite: An email will be sent to the recipient. Once they accept the invite, they will be added to your team. 

How to Set Access Levels

When inviting new members, you can assign one of the following access levels:

  • Owner: Full administrative rights, including adding or removing team members.
  • Can Edit: Ability to make changes to captures and settings.
  • Can View: View-only access without editing rights.

You can update these access levels at any time by returning to the People tab.

How to Accept New Invitations

The invited users will receive an email to join the Team. If they don't receive it promptly, they should check their spam folder. 

Users can either create a new Polycam account or log in to an existing one. If logged in, they can accept the invitation directly from their account. Upon acceptance, they will become a Team member.

How to Access Polycam Features

New Team members will be granted Polycam Enterprise licenses, unlocking the full range of Polycam Pro features.
