Enterprise owners have the option to enable automatic syncing of their team members' content to the Enterprise Team. This feature will begin syncing content either when the option is activated or when the account is created. However, for captures created before enabling this feature, team members will need to manually add these past captures to the Enterprise Team. In this article, team members will learn how to add their past captures to the Enterprise team.
Upload the Capture
Before sharing, ensure that the capture is uploaded. Some capture modes, like Photo and Splat, are processed on the cloud, while others, such as LiDAR and Room Mode, are processed locally.
For LiDAR and Room Mode captures, your Team members need to tap the upload icon at the top of Polycam’s 3D viewer.
Share the Capture with Your Team
After uploading, Team members should tap the “Share” button, visible in the header of the 3D viewer or the details view. In the Share view, they will see a row with your Team’s name.
By tapping the “add” button next to your Team’s name, the capture will be added to your Team’s library and become accessible to all Team members.
