Log In to Polycam: Visit Polycam Login and log in to your account.

Access Your Account: Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Account from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to Your Plans and check the payment platform used.

If you were billed within the last 30 days, our Support team can process a refund. Submit a request by clicking the button below and be sure to use the same email address you use to log into your Polycam account.

For subscriptions billed through iOS/Apple, you need to contact Apple directly for a refund as we do not have access to your billing information.
