How Can I Request a Refund for My Subscription?


If you need to request a refund for your Polycam subscription, follow these steps based on your billing platform. By following the correct process, you can ensure that your request is handled smoothly and efficiently. 

How to View Which Payment Plan You Used

  1. Log In to Polycam: Visit Polycam Login and log in to your account.

  2. Access Your Account: Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
    • Select Account from the dropdown menu.
    • Navigate to Your Plans and check the payment platform used.

Plans Set Up on the Web

If you were billed within the last 30 days, our Support team can process a refund. To submit a request, click the button below, and be sure to use the same email address you use to log into your Polycam account.

Plans Set Up on iOS/Apple

For subscriptions billed through iOS or Apple, you must contact Apple directly for a refund, as we do not have access to your billing information.
