How to Remove a User

Users with owner permissions can modify user seats for their team. If you need to remove a user, you can do so directly on the user interface page.

Remove a Team Member on Polycam Web

1. Navigate to Your Team Library: Click on your Team Panel, located on the bottom left-hand side of the page.

2. Access the People Tab: On the Teams Page, click on the People tab.

3. Remove the Team Member

    • Locate the user you want to remove.
    • Next to their name, select the permission drop-down on the right-hand side.
    • Click Remove User to remove them from the team.

Remove a Team Member on iOS

1. Navigate to Your Team Library: Tap the Person Icon at the bottom of the navbar to access the Teams Page.

2. Access the People Tab: Tap the People tab to view all team members.

3. Remove the Team Member: Find the user you want to remove.

    • Tap the permission drop-down next to their name.
    • Select Remove User to revoke their team access.

Removing a user immediately removes them from your team. They will no longer have access to the business and Pro subscriptions. However, any captures made by that user will remain on your team account.
