If you subscribed to Polycam through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed directly by Apple. To cancel your subscription, you'll need to do so from your iPhone or iPad settings.
Steps to Cancel via iPhone or iPad
1. Open the Settings App: Go to the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap Your Name at the Top: This will open your Apple ID settings.
3. Tap Subscriptions: You'll see a list of all active and expired subscriptions tied to your Apple ID.
4. Select Polycam from the List: Find and tap Polycam to view your subscription details.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription: Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Canceling prevents future charges, but it won’t refund past payments.
