subscriptions purchased directly through our website with a credit card.

subscribed to Polycam through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store,
please contact
their
support teams for assistance with cancellations.
Understanding Your Subscription
Your subscription is set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If you no longer wish to continue, you can disable auto-renewal at any time, and your access will continue until the current period ends.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Auto-renewal cancellation can be requested immediately after subscribing to ensure non-renewal at the next cycle.
No Refund Policy
- All subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for unused portions of your subscription or for cancellations made during a billing period.
Your Access After Canceling
Upon cancellation, subscribers will retain full access to their paid plan features through the end of the current subscription period. For instance, a subscription cancelled on March 15th with a period ending March 31st will maintain complete access through March 31st.
Continued Access: When you cancel your subscription,
you will
not lose access immediately. You can continue using all paid features
until
the end of your current billing period.
