- If you are just looking to open the mesh data you can use MeshLab, a free program for Mac, Windows and Linux that opens most data formats Polycam exports, including .obj.
- For opening point cloud data we recommend CloudCompare, a free program that opens most point cloud formats -- CloudCompare comes with a Viewer app which is a nice lightweight point cloud viewer.
- For editing the exported data, or composing scenes Blender is a free and very powerful tool for working with 3D data on Mac, Windows and Linux.
- If you are looking for a differnet use-case or more sophisticated tool then chances are you already have a better idea of what you need than we do ;)
