Can I get a refund for my subscription?

The answer to this question depends on where you purchased your subscription:

Apple App Store

With the way that App Store payments are set up, we as developers don't have a mechanism for granting refunds. Apple acts as the payment processor, and they have full control for processing refunds or handling disputed charges.

Google Play Store

Polycam Pro subscriptions made in the last 30 days with 10 captures or fewer can get a refund. Requesting refunds and canceling the Pro subscriptions that started on Android devices can be done through Google’s help article:

Alternatively, you can contact us at contact@polycam.ai to help with canceling and requesting a refund made on the Android version of the Polycam app.

If you made your subscription purchase on Polycam’s website directly, your purchase was made in the last 30 days, and you haven’t created more than 10 captures in that time, please email us at contact@polycam.ai, and we would be happy to grant you a refund.
