The answer to this question depends on where you purchased your subscription:
Apple App Store
With the way that App Store payments are set up, we as developers don't have a mechanism for granting refunds. Apple acts as the payment processor, and they have full control for processing refunds or handling disputed charges.

Google Play Store
We do not have the power to grant refunds for purchases made on the Google Play Store. Google is the payment processor, and they manage the purchase lifecycle, including refunds and disputed charges.
If you made your subscription purchase on Polycam’s website directly, your purchase was made in the last 30 days, and you haven’t created more than 10 captures in that time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we would be happy to grant you a refund.
