In iOS15, something fundamentally changed about the way that ARKit relocalizes to an existing capture. This has broken Polycam’s Extend tool until a fix is released by the ARKit team.
We’ve been in contact with Apple about this issue, and are hoping for a fix soon, although no timeline has been provided to us.
