Why Is Polycam Not Loading on My Network?
If you're experiencing issues with Polycam on the web, such as images not uploading or difficulty logging in, the cause may be certain Polycam domains being blocked or flagged by your organization's firewall.
This article covers the network ports and domains you'll need to allow to ensure Polycam works correctly. If you are an end user, share this article with your network administrator so they can make the necessary changes.

Polycam requires access to the following standard network ports. Make sure these are open in your network configuration:
| Port | Protocol | Used For |
|---|---|---|
| 80 | HTTP | Standard web traffic |
