What Happens After You Cancel

Here's what you can expect after cancelling your subscription:

  • You retain full access to all paid features until your subscription expiration date
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew at the next billing cycle
  • You can reactivate at any time before expiration by clicking the "Reactivate" link
  • After the expiration date, your account will revert to the free plan with limited features

Understanding Billing and Cancellation

If you are billed for a renewal after cancelling, this means the cancellation was not fully completed. We use third-party platforms to process all subscriptions and cancellations:

  • Stripe: Web subscriptions purchased directly through our website
  • Apple App Store: iOS subscriptions
  • Google Play Store: Android subscriptions

It is not technically possible for any of these platforms to charge you if your subscription has been canceled. Billing only occurs when an active subscription exists in their system. If a charge appears, it means the cancellation process was not fully completed on that platform.

To confirm your subscription has been properly cancelled and avoid unexpected charges:

How to Check that Your Cancellation is Complete

  • Cancel through the same platform where you subscribed (if you subscribed through Apple, you must cancel through Apple) Learn how to cancel your subscription.
  • Check that you have completed all steps in the cancellation flow, including any final confirmation buttons
  • Verify you see a cancellation confirmation message
Tip: You can verify your subscription status at any time in your account settings or through your billing platform. If your status shows "Active," your subscription will renew and you will be charged.

Please note, billed subscriptions are non-refundable. View our refund policy. Cancellations made after you have been billed will take effect for the following renewal period.
