Polycam Referral Program

Share Polycam with your friends and network, and earn $100 for every referral who becomes a paying customer. The people you invite get one month free on their Polycam subscription. In this article you will learn how to find your invite link, share it, track your referrals, and claim your rewards.

How the Referral Program Works

The referral program is built around a personal invite link that is unique to your account. When someone signs up through your link and becomes a paying Polycam customer, you both get rewarded.

There is no limit stated on how many people you can invite, so you can keep sharing your link with your wider network and earn a reward for each referral who converts.

  1. Go to poly.cam and sign in to your account.
  2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Select Refer a friend, earn $100 from the drop-down menu.
  4. The referral widget opens on the Invite tab, where you will find your personal invite link.

From the Invite tab, you can share your link in whichever way suits your audience.

  • Click Copy invite link to copy it to your clipboard, then paste it into a message, email, or post.
  • Use the share buttons below the link to post directly to X or LinkedIn, or to send it by email.
  • Select the QR code option to generate a scannable code, which works well for in-person events and printed materials.
Tip: Your invite link is unique to your account. Referrals are only credited to you when someone signs up using your own link, so always copy it directly from the widget rather than reusing a link from someone else.

Tracking Your Referrals and Rewards

Open the referral widget and select the Rewards tab to see how your referrals are performing. At the top of the tab you will see the amount you are ready to claim, along with a counter showing how many people have viewed your link.

When someone signs up through your link, their signup appears in this tab. The reward itself becomes visible 14 days after their purchase.

Important: A signup on its own does not earn a reward. Your $100 is credited only once your referral becomes a paying Polycam customer, and it appears 14 days after their purchase.

Claiming Your Reward

  1. Open the referral widget and select the Rewards tab.
  2. Click Add payment details to tell us where to send your reward.
  3. Once you have earned your first reward, choose your preferred reward option in the widget.
  4. Your first reward is sent after we have processed your details.
Note: You only need to do this once. After your first reward is processed, all future rewards are transferred to you automatically.
