How to View and Download Object Mode Images

When you create an Object mode capture, you can review and export the individual images used to generate your photogrammetry and Gaussian splat. This guide explains how to access, review, and download your capture images.

Important Note About Raw Data Storage

To view and export your images, the raw data must be stored in the cloud. If you've deleted the raw data for a capture, the images will no longer be accessible. Export any images you need before removing raw data from your account.

Reviewing Images Before Processing

If you're creating an Object mode capture, you can view your images before processing begins. This quality check step is valuable for achieving optimal results.

Why review before processing?

Reviewing your images allows you to identify and remove problematic shots before processing. We recommend deleting any images that are:

  • Blurry or out of focus
  • Missing the object of interest
  • Poorly lit or obscured

Reviewing Images After Processing

You can also review your capture images after processing has completed.

To review processed captures:

  1. Open your completed capture
  2. Scroll to the right-hand side and click the Advanced option
  3. Click the Reprocess option
  4. View the individual images that were uploaded
  5. Add additional images if needed to improve the capture

This is useful if you want to refine your capture by adding supplementary images or removing problematic ones you may have missed initially.
