Business and Enterprise users with Owner permissions can invite additional users to their workspace. This guide will help you by inviting users, assigning access levels, and managing licenses.

Prerequisites
* You must have Owner permissions to invite users
* Your account must be on a Business or Enterprise plan
* Invited users will need a valid email address to receive the invitation
Inform team members before sending invitations so they know to expect the email and can accept promptly.
How to Invite New Users
1. Navigate to the People Tab: Go to your Workspace and open the People tab on the left-hand side of the capture library to manage your team.
2. Invite New Members: Tap the button located in the Team page header.
3. Bulk Invite Users: Enter the email addresses of the users you would like to invite.
4. Accept Invite: An email will be sent to the recipient. Once they accept the invite, they will be added to your team workspace.
How to Set Access Levels
When inviting new members, you can assign one of the following access levels:
* Owner: Full administrative rights, including adding or removing team members.
* Can Edit: Ability to make changes to captures and settings.
* Can View: View-only access without editing rights.
You can update these access levels at any time by returning to the People page.
How to Accept New Invitations
The invited users will receive an email to join your workspace. If they don't receive it promptly, they should check their spam folder.
Users can either create a new Polycam account or log in to an existing one. If logged in to Polycam web, they can accept the invitation directly from their account. Otherwise, they will need to accept the invite via email. Upon acceptance, they will be added to your team workspace.
