Users with Business or Enterprise subscriptions can generate and download invoices directly from their Polycam Team Account.

Important: Only users with Owner permissions can access
the billing page.
Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to download your invoice:
1Open Your Team Library
Log in to Polycam Web and navigate to your account.
2Access Your Team Panel
Look for your Team Panel on the left-hand side of the page and click it.
3Open Billing Settings
On the Teams Page, click the gear icon next to your team's name, then select Billing from the dropdown menu.
4Go to Your Billing Page
Click the button. You'll be redirected to your Stripe Billing Page.
5View Your Invoice History
Scroll down to the Invoice History section at the bottom of the page.
6Download Your Invoice
Click on the invoice you need. A new page will openβsimply click to save your copy.
Need Help? If you're unable to access the billing page,
verify that you have Owner permissions for your team. Contact your team
administrator if you need your permissions updated.
