How to Crop a Capture
1Open your capture
Start by selecting the capture you want to crop from your Polycam library.
2Access the crop tool
Locate and select the icon in the editing toolbar.
3Adjust the crop area
Use the handles at the corners or edges of the bounding box to adjust the crop area to your desired size.
- You can also modify the crop bounding box, changing its shape from a cube to a cylinder.
- By using the invert buttons on the right-hand side, you can choose to either crop everything outside the bounding box or everything inside it.
4Apply the crop
Once you've set the desired area, tap or click the Apply button to your capture.
How to Revert a Capture
1Using the Undo button
If you made any accidental changes while cropping your capture, you can revert them using the Undo button. This will step back through your cropping edits, allowing you to undo multiple changes if needed.
