If you're experiencing issues with your scans not showing on Polycam Web, it’s important to know that LiDAR and Room mode scans are stored locally on your device and are not initially stored in the cloud. If you're missing any of these scans on Polycam Web, you'll need to sync them to make them available across your devices.
How to Sync Your Captures

Navigate to Your Room or LiDAR Scan: Open the Polycam app on your device and find the Room or LiDAR scan that you want to sync.

Check for the Cloud Icon: If your capture has a cloud icon with an upward-facing arrow, it means that the scan has not yet been synced.

Sync the Scan: To sync the scan, navigate to the capture editor and tap the cloud icon. The scan will begin processing.

Access on Polycam Web: Once the scan is processed, it will be synced and available on any other device associated with your account, including Polycam Web.
By following these steps, your Room and LiDAR mode scans should appear on Polycam Web, allowing you to access and manage your captures across all devices.
