If you don't see your captures on Polycam Web or your other devices, this indicates that the capture has yet to be synced. For captures like Floorplan and Space mode, these captures are usually stored locally on your device unless you processed the capture using the "Cloud" option. This guide will walk you through syncing your captures to make them available across all your devices.

Identifying Unsynced Captures
You can easily identify which captures have not been synced to Polycam by looking at your capture library:
- On the device where the capture was created: The capture thumbnail will display a cloud icon, indicating it's stored locally and ready to be synced.
- On other devices: If a capture hasn't been synced yet, you'll see a phone icon on the thumbnail and it will be labeled as "Draft", indicating the capture is only available on the original device.
