If your scans are not showing on Polycam Web, it’s important to know that Floorplan, Space, and Environment scans are stored locally on your device and are not initially stored in the cloud. If you're missing any of these scans on Polycam Web, you'll need to upload them to make them available across your devices.
How to Upload Your Captures
1. Navigate to Your Scan: Open the Polycam app on your device and find the scan you want to sync.
2. Check for the Cloud Icon: If your capture has a cloud icon with an upward-facing arrow, it means that the scan has not been uploaded.
3. Upload the Scan: To upload the scan, navigate to the capture editor and tap the cloud icon. The scan will begin processing.
4. Access on Polycam Web: Once the scan is processed, it will be uploaded to every other device associated with your account, including Polycam Web.
