Custom Branding is a powerful branding feature available exclusively to Enterprise customers that replaces the Polycam logo with your company's logo across specific assets. This professional customization helps maintain brand consistency when sharing content with clients or stakeholders.
What Assets Support Custom Branding?
Your custom branding will automatically appear on:
- Embedded captures - When sharing 3D models or scans through embedded viewers
- Floorplans - Generated floor plan documents and exports
- Spatial reports - Professional reports and documentation
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Uploading Your Team Logo
- Access Team Settings
- Go to your Team's home page on Polycam Web
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner
- Select Edit team from the dropdown menu
3. Choose the Right Image Type You'll see two distinct upload options:
Team Avatar
- Square format image
- Used as a visual identifier within the Polycam app interface, such as a team label.
Team Logo (Required for custom branding)
- This is your custom branding image that replaces Polycam branding
- Appears on shared content and exported materials
Supported File Formats:
- PNG
- JPEG
Important Notes:
- Other file formats will be automatically rejected
- PNG files with transparent backgrounds provide the most professional appearance
- Make sure that your logo is high-resolution for crisp display across different devices
Once your Team Logo is successfully uploaded, your logo will activate immediately. Your custom branding will automatically appear on all eligible shared content moving forward.
