What Assets Support Custom Branding?
Once your Team Logo is uploaded, your custom branding will automatically appear on the following types of assets. Select each tab to learn more about how your logo appears on different export types:

Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Follow these steps to upload your Team Logo and activate custom branding:
Accessing Team Settings
1Navigate to Your Team's Home Page
Go to your Team's home page on Polycam Web. Make sure you're in the correct team workspace using the workspace switcher in the top left corner.
2Open Team Settings
Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner of the page to access your team settings.
3Select Edit Team
From the dropdown menu that appears, select Edit team to open the team configuration options.
Understanding Image Types
In the team settings, you'll see two distinct upload options. It's important to understand the difference between them:
Team Avatar
- Square format image
- Used as a visual identifier within the Polycam app interface
- Functions as a team label for internal organization
- Does not affect custom branding on shared assets
Team Logo (Required for Custom Branding)
- This is your custom branding image that replaces Polycam branding
- Appears on shared content and exported materials
- Must be uploaded to activate custom branding features
Uploading Your Team Logo
4Prepare Your Logo File
Before uploading, ensure your logo meets the following requirements:
- File format: PNG or JPEG (other formats will be automatically rejected)
- Image quality: High-resolution for crisp display across different devices
- Background (recommended): PNG files with transparent backgrounds provide the most professional appearance
5Upload Your Logo
In the team settings page, locate the Team Logo upload field and select your prepared logo file.
6Confirm Upload
Once you've selected your file, confirm the upload. Your logo will be validated automatically to ensure it meets the format requirements.
