Why Do I Have an Overlapping Subscription?

If you received a notification about having multiple paid subscriptions, this means you've subscribed to Polycam through more than one platform. For example, you might have subscriptions on both iOS and Polycam Web.

This can happen if you start a subscription on one platform and later upgrade again through a different one, resulting in two active and separate subscriptions (e.g., Pro on iOS and Business on Web).

Polycam subscriptions are available across three platforms:

  • iOS (via Apple App Store)
  • Android (via Google Play Store)
  • Web (via Stripe)

How to Resolve Multiple Subscriptions

To avoid being charged twice, follow these steps to identify and cancel your duplicate subscriptions:

Check Your Active Subscriptions

Option 1: Click the Resolve now button in your notification to go directly to your Polycam billing page.
Option 2: Visit your account page at https://poly.cam/billing to view all active subscriptions.

Cancel Duplicate Subscriptions

For Web/Stripe Subscriptions, these can be managed directly through your Polycam account page.

For Apple/iOS Subscriptions, we cannot cancel Apple subscriptions for you. Apple requires that all subscription changes be made directly by the user through the Apple subscriptions page.

For Google Play Subscriptions, we cannot cancel Google Play subscriptions for you. Users who purchased through Google will need to manage their subscriptions in the Google Play Store.
