How to Update Your Billing Information

Keeping your billing information up to date ensures uninterrupted access to Polycam. This article covers how to access your billing page and update your payment method.

Important: Polycam can only manage subscriptions purchased directly through our website. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play Store, you will need to manage your billing through those platforms directly. See the links below for guidance:

How to Access Your Billing Page

1Navigate to the Billing Page

Go to poly.cam/billing and sign in to your account if prompted.

2Click Manage

Click Manage to open your billing management page, where you can view and update your subscription and payment details.

How to Update Your Payment Method

1Add or Select a Payment Method

Go to poly.cam/billing, click Manage, then click Add payment method to enter a new card, or select an existing payment method from your saved options to update it.

2Enter Your Card Details

Enter your new card details or confirm the payment method you'd like to use going forward.

3Save Your Changes

Click Save to confirm your changes. Your new payment method will take effect immediately and will be used for all future billing cycles.
