Maintaining accurate billing information ensures uninterrupted service and access to all features. This guide will show you how to update your payment method, and billing details.
Important Note: We only manage subscriptions purchased
directly through our website. We cannot manage billing for subscriptions
purchased through the App Store or Google Play Store.
How to access your billing information
- Go to https://poly.cam/billing
- Select "Manage".
- You will be taken to a new page that will allow you to update your billing information.
Updating your payment method
To add or change your payment method:
- Navigate to your billing page following the steps above.
- Click "Add payment method" or select an existing payment method to update.
- Enter your new card details or select from saved payment methods.
- Click "Save" to confirm your changes.
Your new payment method will be used for all future billing cycles.
