How to Delete Your Account on Polycam Web

1Log In to Your Account

Visit the Polycam website and log in using your credentials.

2Navigate to Account Settings

Click on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner of the screen to access your account settings.

3Delete Your Account

On the Account Settings page, click the Delete Polycam account button.

4Confirm Deletion

Follow the prompts to confirm that you want to delete your account. This will permanently delete your account and any captures stored in it.

Final Warning: You will be prompted to confirm the deletion. Review your decision carefully before proceeding, as this action takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.

How to Delete Your Account on the Polycam App

1Open the Polycam App

Launch the Polycam app on your mobile device and log in if you're not already signed in.

2Access Your Profile Settings

Tap on your profile icon, located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

3Select Account Settings

Tap the Account button from the menu.

4Choose Delete Account

Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page and tap Delete Polycam Account.

5Confirm Deletion

Confirm your choice to delete the account by following the on-screen instructions.

What Happens After Deletion

Once you confirm account deletion:

  • Immediate effect: Your account is deleted immediately and you will be logged out
  • Data removal: All captures, models, and account data are permanently erased
