Keeping your profile information up-to-date in Polycam ensures that your account reflects accurate details and helps personalize your experience. Your profile is visible to anyone who views any published captures you've uploaded to the Explore page.

Updating Your Profile on Mobile
1Open the Polycam App
Launch the Polycam app on your mobile device.
2Access Your Profile Settings
Tap on your profile icon or Menu (on Android) button located at the bottom right corner of the screen. Tap on your name to view the profile page.
3View Your Profile
Tap on your name to access your profile details.
4Edit Profile Details
Once in the profile settings, tap to access the window where you can update your display name, profile picture, bio, and other available personal information. Tap on each field to make changes as needed.
5Save Your Changes
After making the necessary edits, tap to apply the changes to your profile.
Updating Your Profile on the Web
1Log In to Polycam
Visit the Polycam website and log in to your account.
2Navigate to Your Profile
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Select from the dropdown menu.
3Access Your Profile
On the profile page, click the button to open the profile window.
4Edit Your Information
Update your profile details such as your name, profile picture, and bio by clicking on the corresponding fields.
- Upload a new profile picture by clicking on the Picture, it will open your file manager.
5Save Changes
Once you've updated your information, click to apply your changes.
